to the monthly series, Lunch at the Point

Lunch at the Point is a monthly luncheon event that features local successful Christian professionals who will be sharing the role that faith plays in their day-to-day lives. Previous speakers include successful local leaders such as Dr. Jim Shaw, Dr. David Doughty, Dr. William Griffin, Rosemary Trible, Dois Rosser, Lamont Strothers and many more.

October - January features a 3-part series entitled, "A Trilogy of Hope" with special emphasis on the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. This controversial topic will address questions such as, "Did it really happen?", "How significant is it?", and "Can it give hope for today as well as in the future?"

Lunch at the Point is held the first Wednesday of every month at 1:00 pm at Point Plaza Restaurant in Newport News (950 J. Clyde Morris Blvd.). Ticket costs are $14/person 2 for $25. Reservations and ticket purchases may be made online.
